Meet Hannah Lima

Hannah’s journey into grooming began after a career in dentistry, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and a passion for safety-first practices. When she transitioned into grooming, she quickly discovered that her love for dogs was more than a hobby; it was a calling. Starting at PetSmart as a bather, Hannah worked her way up through grooming academy and specialized training, earning certifications in safety, coat care, and the handling of anxious or aggressive pets.

What sets Hannah apart is her belief that grooming should never sacrifice a dog’s well-being for the sake of looks. She champions the philosophy of “Humanity before vanity”, ensuring that each pup’s unique needs and limitations are respected. With a calm, patient approach, she builds trust with even the most nervous dogs, guiding them gently toward transformation. Her favorite specialty Asian Fusion styles let her combine artistry with care, creating whimsical, teddy-bear-like trims that bring out each dog’s personality.

For Hannah, the most rewarding part of grooming is seeing the bond between dog and groomer flourish. She loves hearing clients say their pups are finally relaxed, happy, and excited for their spa day.
